1. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

A. Personal Data Provided by You

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you register for an account.
  • Profile Information: Profile picture, job title, and other business-related details you choose to provide.

B. Google User Data (OAuth Integration)

If you choose to connect your Google Account with Seclob CRM (via Google OAuth), our App will access specific information from your Google account to enable integrated CRM features:

  • Google User Profile (Scopes: userinfo.profile, userinfo.email): We access your primary Google email address, name, and profile picture to authenticate your identity, secure your login process, and personalize your account profile.
  • Google Services Data: We access your Google Calendar or Contact integrations strictly to sync your meetings, appointments, tasks, and client communication directly within the CRM dashboard.

C. Automatically Collected Data

  • Device Data: Type of device, operating system version, unique hardware identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Engagement with the App, functions accessed, time and date of your visits, duration spent on specific features, and crash logs.
  • Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address or precise location data (if explicit device permission is granted).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for various essential purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the App and its core CRM features.
  • To authenticate your identity and facilitate secure logins (including Google Sign-In).
  • To analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and debug technical issues.
  • To personalize your dashboard and streamline team workflows.
  • To send you technical notices, system updates, security alerts, and customer support messages.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We only share your data in the following strictly limited scenarios:

  • With Your Explicit Consent: We may share data with third-party integrations only when you explicitly trigger the action (e.g., manually opting to sync data with Google Services).
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services - AWS) who assist us in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Google API Data Compliance: Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for serving advertisements or transferred to third-party ad networks.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Protection

  • All data transmitted through the App is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
  • Data is stored securely on protected cloud servers with strict role-based access controls.
  • While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

  • Retention Period: We retain your personal data and Google user data only for as long as your Seclob CRM account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services.
  • Disconnecting Google Services: You can disconnect your Google account from Seclob CRM via the App settings at any time, which immediately terminates our access to your Google data.
  • Account Deletion & Data Removal: Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. To permanently delete your account, use the "Delete Account" option inside the App settings dashboard, or email your request directly to support@seclobtechnologies.com. Upon receiving your request via email, we will verify ownership and permanently purge your data from our active databases within 7 business days.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your explicit acceptance of the updated policy.
