1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

SECLOB CRM may be offered on a subscription basis or as a free trial.

• ●All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• ●We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ●Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

6. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Seclob Technologies a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and software associated with SECLOB CRM are the exclusive property of Seclob Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seclob Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
